Do you want to know how to tell your story on screen? How to film? How to interview others? Join our workshop on mobile reporting! All you need to bring along is your phone and a bit of creativity. You will have the chance to elaborate on film as a medium and its social aspects, but more importantly you will get the chance to experiment and make some films of yours! Spyros and Sarah are looking forward to help you to tell your story in picture.

Spyros Dadanides

Spyros Dadanides is a 20 years old filmmaker from Greece. He is a documentary enthusiast following British techniques, as he lived and studied in London the last three years. He currently runs an independent team of filmmakers in his rural hometown, Komotini. He is with us after his participation in a multipolar art project called “The Mask”. He participated there as a disabled filmmaker and artist.

Sarah Schmidt

Sarah Schmidt has been working as a reporter for Germany’s biggest private broadcaster RTL and its affiliated news channel ntv since 2011. As a correspondent with RTL’s Berlin bureau she covers daily politics and is based in the German capital. As a mobile reporter she covered news events like the terror attack near Wuerzburg. Besides her affiliation with RTL she works as a freelance host and studies Peace and Conflict Studies in Magdeburg.
